Customer Support BG

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via chat, email, and occasional calls;
  • Resolve customer issues and assist with product usage;
  • Work with internal systems and CRM tools;
  • Escalate complex cases to relevant teams;
  • Handle multiple requests while maintaining quality and accuracy;
  • Contribute to a positive customer experience.

What we're looking for in a candidate

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to build trust with customers;
  • Bulgarian - C1 level or native;
  • English - A2 level or higher;
  • Confident PC user;
  • Ability to work under pressure and stay focused;
  • Willingness to learn and grow;
  • Previous Customer Support experience is a plus.
